Ventum A/S have sold a Smart Connection Enterprise solution from Woodwing to Royal Greenland A/S for production of catalogues, product sheets, packaging and other graphic materials. This requires corrections, translations and more proofs and circulation of PDF documents. It is time consuming for both product managers and marketing department.

Royal Greenland A/S have trimmed their procedures. The goal was to cut at least 40% off the proofing workflow to ease the burden of the product managers, and to acheive a faster time-to-market while maintaining quality - all this at a time with several new markets opening and a need for increased flexibility, and without further recruitments.

Ventum's solution meets these ambitious goals. It is based on Smart Connection Enterprise from WoodWing, integrating graphical production and managing proofing between inhouse and external/freelance contributers.

Royal Greenland A/S has a central marketing department in Denmark, which controls the production for all markets, and with Smart Connection, Royal Greenland A/S acquired the ability to act faster and expand into more markets.
