 Xinet has just released Video for WebNative® Suite version 4.1, which - among other things - adds support for even more video formats, such as:

  • Apple ProRes 422 support
Full scene detection is supported with this Final Cut Pro format.

  • MPEG4-H264(.mp4) video encoding for low resolution videos
This encoding is appropriate for streaming on the following devices: iPhone 3G/Android, iPhone 4, and iPad. A setting for each of these formats is made available in the Video Settings for each volume.
