Xinet Support

While the majority of Xinet's employees are located in San Francisco USA, they have a technical support center in Munich Germany. These support centers work as one coherent unit - Xinet Tech Support.

We correspond daily with Xinet Tech Support on support issues but also on more demanding matters of development and adjustments to Xinets products. Through our online support forum we provide ongoing communication on product updates and new solutions from Xinet.

There are often new Tech Notes and updates to existing Tech Notes from Xinet. Because of the volume and frequency of these we have chosen not to list all Tech Notes here, but our customers with service/support agreements receive regular notifications of new or updated Tech Notes that specifically pertain to them.

Customers with Xinet products may see a complete list of Xinet Tech Notes on the Xinets website by logging in with their Xinet serial number.
