When working in a graphic production environment unscheduled downtime is a reality. Whatever your business size or function, there are obvious benefits to having a Service/Support Agreement. Our Service/Support Agreements offer our customers the assurance that they have experts that can deal with any unforeseen production issue.

Manageable MODULES
To meet customers exact needs we have divided our service and support into three categories: Basic, Basic+ and 24hr Guard
The base module offers support between 8:30 and 16:30 on weekdays, where Basis+ extends our support up to 22:00 on weekdays, and 24hr Guard secures you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.



Tailored Service/Support Agreements
In addition to our regular telephone and online support (see Support forum) our Service/Support Agreement contracts can include specific products with tailored solutions in both hardware and software. It could include bug fixes, maintenance and update agreements in Xinet products and other software, recovery from crashes and other critical, production-threatening situations, and a regular needs analysis, which aims to ensure that our customer's production environment is in line with contemporary standards - or even one step ahead.

Each Service support agreement is tailored to the customer's needs and regularly updated.
