Streamlined job Submission

No need to upload any files to the Aproove server. Aproove will pick up files where they usually are (in your local file server or directly in your MAC/PC). This is done using the Aproove Agent installed locally on the file server or in your MAC/PC. The whole job submission process is done inside the Flex web interface regarless of location. This consolidates multiple production sites into one web frontend. The whole management feature can be accessed from anywhere using a standard internet connection and a browser.

Powerful decision-tree workflow

When job submission is done, all concerned users are notified using a custom made email. This email is written in the end user language and invites concerned users to login. Each user has their own interface to annotate, approve pages or the whole job. Users can be grouped into a closed environment where they are able to share notes privately. Only pertinent annotation can go to the upper level. These annotations are chosen by the group manager. The last upper level is the agency or the printshop. This offers a very powerful collaborative solution for any document.

Real-time Hires zoom and annotation

Aproove use a unique technology to instantly stream any zoom level inside the document. Only hires Document are used in aproove because the speed of the system is completely file size independant. With Aproove, there is no latency, or wait to see the real hires content. Annotation tools are very simple to avoid any misunderstanding between end users and technicians.

Flexible file formats - PDF, DCS, 1 bit-tiff...

Aproove is designed to integrate any existing workflow. Agencies usually use PDF files. Aproove uses genuine Adobe libraries for interpretation of PDF files. This ensures a trouble free operation around PDF files. For printshop integration, Aproove is able to handle DCS-tiff files, and plate files (1 bit-tiff files). For perfect Kodak Prinergy workflow integration, Aproove can handle legacy native .VPS (virtual proofing system) files.

Versioning control and display

Aproove uses a "Time Machine" like functionality to display page versions. Each time an agency pushes new pages that includes creative corrections, Aproove can display older versions in seconds. This feature permits very fast comparison of "before" and "after". If you cannot see the difference directly, Aproove can display the differences highlighted for the viewer.

Ulimited users and administrators

Aproove's license is not user limited. On an average server, Aproove can handle hundreds to thousands of users. You'll never be limited by Aproove.

Secured access across multiple locations

Aproove access is done using classical login and password methods. All administration is done using a browser through the internet. The internal structure of Aproove is based on two parts; the Web frontend and the agent running on your local production file server.

In case of multiple production locations, you only need to add an agent on your remote production sites's file server and browse it in the unified web frontend. This offers your company the capability to manage remote locations from one single web frontend with secured access.
