Create jobs
Incharge gives you template based job creation on the web and helps maintain the server structure. Information about data fields and archiving is applied at creation of the job and can be viewed via a management tool throughout the job's life.

Cleaning - close, send and archive
After a job has been closed by Incharge's Deliver Plugin, files can emailed, copied or sent via FTP, after which the job is automatically saved to disk and marked as nearline. Archived jobs can easily be retrieved and re-archived to another destination. Incharge allows you to move jobs to offline media when their archive age runs out. You can create Ready-to-burn folders and the Venture database is updated with the new location of relocated jobs.

A bigger perspective
Incharge Admin is a tool that offers a status overview of active jobs, jobs in the process of archiving, archived jobs and jobs that have already been moved to offline media. Total control with your workflows has never been easier!
